1. Personal Data Protection (PDPA Compliance)
Borneo RS collects vehicle registration numbers and mobile contact info solely for appointment management, job status notifications, and maintenance service logs. We do not sell or share customer data with third-party marketing brokers.
2. Quotation & Authorization of Works
All repair work begins only after physical inspection and explicit verbal or WhatsApp authorization by the vehicle owner or authorized representative. Any unforeseen issues discovered mid-service will be quoted prior to disassembly.
3. Vehicle Storage & Collection
Customers are kindly requested to collect their vehicles within 48 hours of receiving the "Ready for Pickup" automated notification unless prior arrangements have been agreed with Borneo RS management.
